Refund policy

At Curve Collection, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our premium silhouette-wear. Because our products are intimate garments designed for a "second-skin" fit, we maintain a strict return protocol to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

1. The 7-Day Inspection Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 7 days, all sales are considered final.

2. The "Unboxing Video" Requirement (Mandatory)

To protect both the customer and the brand, we require a continuous unboxing video for every return claim.

  • The video must show the package being opened for the first time.

  • You must clearly show the condition of the garment and confirm that all original tags are attached and untampered with.

  • If there is a pre-existing tear, snag, or manufacturing defect, it must be captured in this initial unboxing video.

  • Note: Claims of "damage upon arrival" without a supporting unboxing video will not be honored.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Due to hygiene standards, items that show signs of wear, scents (perfume/detergent), or stains (makeup/deodorant) will be rejected.

  • Tags Attached: All original "Curve Collection" tags must be fastened in their original position.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original branded packaging.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

Because we provide Complimentary Shipping on your initial order, the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: You are responsible for purchasing your own return shipping label.

  • Restocking Fee: A flat $6.99 handling fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover the initial outgoing shipping and processing costs.

5. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our return team at (gurtegbirsingh02@gmail.com) with your Order Number and your Unboxing Video attached.

  2. Once our team reviews the footage and approves the request, we will provide the return warehouse address.

  3. Upon receiving the physical item, our quality control team will inspect it for wear or damage. If approved, your refund (minus the $6.99 fee) will be processed to your original payment method.
